Managing academics in traditional institutions often leads to fragmented communication between students, teachers, and administrators. Students miss important updates, teachers face difficulties sharing resources, and admins struggle with attendance, scheduling, and fee tracking. The challenge was to design a unified platform that integrates academics, communication, and administration seamlessly.
Results
Designed an all-in-one EdTech app that connects students, teachers, and admins in one ecosystem. Simplified class management with modules for attendance, assignments, schedules, and notifications. Enhanced collaboration through group chats, project-sharing feeds, and Google Meet integration. Improved admin efficiency with tools for account management, fee tracking, and real-time updates. Delivered a scalable, user-friendly solution that supports both in-person and online academic needs.

Conclusion
Revamping the e-commerce website proved to be a game-changer in enhancing user experience and driving sales. By simplifying the navigation and checkout process, we created a more enjoyable shopping experience that significantly boosted conversion rates and customer satisfaction. This project highlights the critical role of UX design in the success of e-commerce platforms.
